Shell and core and interior development full design of MEP systems for nearly 1,000,000 gross square feet, 26-story office building built by the City of Sacramento to house the new offices of the State of California Environmental Protection Agency.  This building contains the latest energy saving designs for electrical and mechanical equipment.  The building combines office space, research laboratory space, public meeting rooms and a day care center under one roof.  The building received the best of 1999 award for outstanding engineering.  The building energy usage is 30-40% below the California Title 24 energy budget.

2,350 seat Walt Disney Concert Hall (which opened in October 2003) and a parking structure for 2,500 cars which was completed in March 1996. Project includes a restaurant, gift shops, gardens and terraces, a pre-concert area that can seat 500, and a rehearsal hall with seating for 300 for chamber music concerts. Total project cost was $388 million.
